Any use of the terms, words, products or description containing OysterCrete must have explicit written permission from OysterCrete or H2Oasis or its owner.
Any website, article or product utilizing the name OysterCrete or any differentation of the same words to convey the purpose of describing
cement and oyster based rocks must have an included link to OysterCrete.com
Any use of name or representation of products without permission or link on same page as use in article or website contitutes a breach of our
patent rights and legal action can and will be pursued.

OysterCrete rocks as described of being a combination of cement, sand and oyster shells or any derivative there of has been patent applied as sole owner and creator of said products as explained on our products pages. Henceforth, any use of products resembling OysterCrete rocks or rock designes will be in direct conflict with said patent without express written permission for use of ingrediants or designs in combination of each other to represent same style or type of artificial rock creation with the sole purpose being that of creating rocks, artificial reefs, aquarium substrate or decoration up to and including oyster reef building and restoration.
